I looked around the site it’s easy to browse. Like, nothing felt confusing or hard to find, which I always appreciate. The design is nice overall too, clean and simple. Some pages do feel a little plain, maybe could use a bit more personality or detail, but yeah, overall it’s a good-looking site and pleasant to use.

I ordered from beckandhersey everything looked really legit. The tags, packaging, and little details all matched up perfectly. I’m super happy with it and would definitely order from them again.

I had a hard time understanding it. It’s not even about needing every little thing explained, it just wasn’t very clear and left me a bit confused.

I’d been trying to find this pair for a while and it seemed like they were sold out pretty much everywhere. Beck & Hersey actually had them in stock, so I placed the order and everything went through without any hassle. i was just relieved I didn’t have to keep refreshing or checking other sites. Straightforward experience, and based on this order, I’d be happy to use them again

I used a promo code on my order from beckandhersey and, i was expecting some catch because that’s usually how it goes for me. But it actually worked with no hassle at checkout, which was a nice surprise. I saved a decent amount, and the prices were better than most other places I’d checked. For once I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off, so I’d probably use them again

I messaged them twice and still didn’t get a proper response for days. It was frustrating having to keep following up just to get a basic reply.

I had to return my order, and thankfully the refund did eventually come through, but it took longer than I was hoping. Support did reply, which I appreciated, but waiting a few days left me feeling a little stressed and unsure. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t amazing either

I ordered a hoodie and joggers after having a look through the size guide and descriptions, and to be fair they turned up pretty much how I expected. The colour was close to the photos and the fit felt about right, so no complaints there. The quality is good for the price, not premium or anything, but definitely decent and comfortable. I’ve washed them once and the material still feels normal, so that’s a good sign. I’d give it 4 stars mainly because the delivery took longer than I thought, and the tracking updates were a bit basic. Overall though, the experience felt more positive than annoying, and I’d probably order again.

Checkout and payment went through really quickly, which was nice. I just feel like the delivery options could’ve been explained a bit more clearly instead of leaving me to figure out what each one meant.

Washed it and it came out just fine. Still feels sturdy, so I’m happy with it so far.

I’ve been frustrated because my problem still hasn’t been properly sorted out. It just feels like I’ve been left hanging, and that’s what bothers me the most

It was okay overall, but I felt like it was a bit overpriced for what I got. For the money, I expected things to feel a little nicer, run a little smoother, and just have fewer small annoyances. It’s like when you pay extra for a nicer hotel and still get scratchy towels, or order an expensive meal and the fries are cold, or buy premium tickets and the seats are just average. Nothing was terrible, and I wouldn’t say I hated it, but it also didn’t really feel like a great value. I’ve had cheaper options that felt just as good, sometimes better, so this one was kind of disappointing for the price.

It looked exactly the same when it arrived as it did in the pictures, so no surprises there. I remember the box had this weird little dent on one corner, but the item itself was totally fine. Overall, happy with it.

I found these really comfortable, even after wearing them for hours. To me, they feel like something you can keep on all day without constantly thinking about taking them off.
